Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage suppliers and ensure the provision of meals and equipment
- Oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect buildings to identify repair and renovation needs
- Supervise facilities staff and external contractors
- Control activities such as parking, waste disposal, and building security
- Allocate office space and handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Prepare and track operational budgets and costs
- Forecast needs and schedule deliveries to maintain stock levels
- Proven experience as a facilities manager
- Knowledge of technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Basic accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational and leadership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- An attractive salary in the range of £30,000 per annum, pro rata
- 29 days holiday leave
