We are seeking a Global Digital Lab Snr Analyst who will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, and operational maintenance of IT/OT and digital initiatives in the labs, across MGS R&D Solutions. This includes accountability for definition and execution of the global digital lab roadmap in line with the global strategy and priorities.
Who are we looking for?You have a curious, and collaborative mindset with a strong desire for delivery. You are resilient in the face of adversity and can deal with uncertainty when priorities change, and plans require adjustment.
You are delivery driven with proficiency in technology project management, including planning, communication, and resource management. You have familiarity with Agile principles, especially customer centricity, iteration, collaboration, documentation, and technical excellence.
Known for strong and proactive stakeholder management, you have great interpersonal skills. You maintain efficient communication and are comfortable influencing others at all levels of the organisation.
With a strong focus on user centricity, you understand the impact of change on people and recognise the importance of ensuring the engagement of end users and stakeholders.
Together, as part of a cross-functional and globally distributed multi-discipline team, you are a strong team player whilst comfortable standing alone. You can work effectively and efficiently in a matrix organisation.
You find creative solutions to problems in a rapidly evolving technical landscape. This requires a degree of future thinking whist ensuring changes are suitable and sustainable for a business-critical operational environment such as our digital labs.
Engaged and embedded within a global organization, the you must be able to work within a globally diverse network. The ability to work with different cultures and people with varied perspectives, levels of experience, and technical proficiency is paramount.
Together with external partners, Digital Technologies and Labs teams, you will forge and maintain productive relationships to support the development and deployment of the Digital Lab Vision.
What will be your key responsibilities?- Ownership of the Lab IT project portfolio, requiring leadership and coordination of digital activities across 6 laboratories, in collaboration with regional and local experts. These activities include implementation and ongoing maintenance of new IT/OT lab capabilities, systems and tools.
- Single point of contact working in partnership with central IT/OT Engineering. This role represents R&D Solutions (RDS) Laboratories in areas including Cyber Security standards, Lab equipment integration and automation, and in the delivery of operational service levels.
- Responsible for defining the digital lab functional architecture, working in close partnership with the Labs CoE, IT Systems Technologists and the Digital and Service Excellence teams.
- As a digital subject matter expert, you are expected to support the ambitions, knowledge, and engagement of our Associates, for example by showcasing new opportunities or upskilling others.
- Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
