Key Responsibilities
Oversee Technical Operations: Lead and manage our Service Desk, Projects, and Field Engineer teams to ensure seamless IT support and service delivery.
Client and 3rd Party Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Customer Satisfaction: Prioritise and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and consistent, high-quality service.
IT Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies that align with our educational goals and business objectives.
Profitability and Procedure: Drive profitability by optimising processes, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to best practices and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
A leader who has experience in the Managed Service Industry and a background in Education
Proven experience in IT operations management, preferably in the education sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, service management, and project management principles.
