This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and dynamic working environment within a company that promotes a supportive and collaborative culture



Responsibilities:

-Maintaining accurate records; allocating cash receipts against invoices, issue of customer statements and invoices

-Collection of amounts due from customers on a timely basis

-Processing of credit notes

-Checking customer’s credit eligibility and inputting into the approval process.

-Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions

-Implementing changes in the company’s credit control system

-Weekly payroll processing

-Support preparation of monthly management accounts

-Prepare and submit weekly sales reporting

-Daily bank reconciliations

Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am -5pm &Friday 8.30am - 4pm (39 hours per week)

Salary - Up to £17 per hour
