Accounts Assistant

Our fantastic client based in Stonehouse, are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team of a temporary to permanent basis.
**Responsibilities/Duties;**
- Matching delivery notes, purchase orders & invoices
- Booking in goods
- Listing invoices onto spreadsheet
- Posting invoices on Sage 50 Accounts
- General filing for accounts department and Managing Director
- Update sales quotes information on database for Managing Director
- Timesheets
- Input hours (overtime & flexi on Spreadsheet)
- Input hours charged to Jobs on CIM 50
- Input data on Working Time Directive spreadsheet
- Collating receipts for credit cards, matching data to statement & inputting information into spreadsheet for DC to journal.
- Posting additional expenses charged to jobs onto Sage 50
- Sales & Purchase Ledgers
- Paying suppliers
- Chasing customers
- Previous accounts experience is essential
- Previous experience using Sage 50 is desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Team player
- Direction will be an important characteristic as the role progresses
**Hours -** Monday to Friday, 30-37.5 hours per week
**Salary**:
- Up to £15 per hour + 25days holidays, flexi-time, and yearly bonus.
