Why not use your skills to make a difference and join our Payment Support Team in Belfast? We need people like you to speak with our customers over the phone who are facing some financial difficulties. You'll call on your life skills to build strong relationships and then work together to find the best outcome and support our customers.

You don't need specific experience to join us. Provided you're emotionally resilient and can build relationships, we can train you on the rest.

We're here to support you in being successful, meaning we'll do everything we can to make sure you don't miss that appointment, or can look after your family in an emergency.
