Our client is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join their team. This key role involves leading teams both in the UK and across a wider geographical area to ensure the successful implementation and management of payroll systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of payroll processes, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities of the Payroll Implementation Specialist include:
- Oversee and coordinate the provision of global payroll.
- Execute and manage global payroll across various locations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
- Be a key point of contact and work closely with the wider teams.
- Host and chair meetings.
The successful Payroll Implementation Specialist will require:
- Proven experience in leading large multisite/international payroll.
- Possess a payroll qualification.
- Be able to demonstrate an In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
- Previous experience of payroll projects and management, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
