Payroll Implementation Specialist

Ciphr is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll implementations to our customers.
As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to understand their payroll requirements and implement our payroll solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities- Work with customers to understand their payroll requirements and implement our payroll solutions
- Deliver high-quality payroll implementations to our customers
- Provide excellent service and support to our customers throughout the implementation process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Payroll experience
- Evidence of ability to work across multiple projects
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management
- Able to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- A proactive work ethic and can-do attitude
- An aspiration to deliver an excellent customer experience
