Payroll Implementation Specialist

Ciphr is seeking an Associate Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with our customers to understand their payroll requirements and provide expert guidance and support to ensure a successful implementation of our payroll product.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in payroll to kick-start their career in implementation. You will be working with a team that is goal-driven and people-focused, and you will have the opportunity to learn and enhance your knowledge and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Work with customers to understand their payroll requirements and provide expert guidance and support to ensure a successful implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure implementations are delivered on time and on budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Payroll experience.
- Evidence of ability to work across multiple projects.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Time management.
- Able to prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- A proactive work ethic and can-do attitude.
