An independent financial planning and wealth advisory firm in Leamington Spa has an opportunity for an IFA/Financial Planning Administrator to work on a hybrid basis.

This role will provide back office and client support for a Director Chartered Financial Planner who advises clients on investment, estate and retirement planning for private clients and business owners.

The main duties of this role include;

  • Support Chartered Financial Planner with client support and administration
  • Offer preparation support for client meeting prep, client enquiries, fund switches, valuations and new business
  • Update systems and client records
  • Deal with providers and 3rd parties

Candidate requirements;

  • The ideal candidate will have a background supporting Financial Planners with back office duties
  • The ability to work independently, be organised and prioritise workloads
  • Industry qualifications are desirable but not essential
