Training Coordinator

We're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team based in Wymondham
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk- hybrid working
Contract: Permanent, full time
What will you be responsible for?
As a Training Coordinator, you'll be working within the new training facility in Wymondham to provide an organised and methodical approach to the administration, support functions and daily running of this expanding training team. Working with training hub colleagues to plan and execute both accredited qualifications and internal training effectively.
Your day to day will include:
- Deliver an admin service for the courses delivered at the training hub, ensuring dates are planned in and agreed by regional L&D admins and line management. You will also ensure the course materials are prepared, all training records are maintained and issue all relevant certifications
- Deliver admin support for the Training Team, liaise with awarding Organisations, training providers and administrate the CITB on-site experience hub account evidence and records
- Manage the training centre calendar for all training and non-training acitivities including audits, tool testing, PPE and any external training where required
- Raising purchase orders for training ensuring cross charges for training are aligned to the correct contract/ department. Receipt any purchase orders when completed
- Work proactively with colleagues across the business to ensure an integrated approach to operational compliance and training service delivery
What are we looking for?
This role of Training Coordinator is great for you if you hold:
- Experience of working within a Learning & Development or training function within the Construction/ Utilities sector, along with demonstrable knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental and compliance training requirements
- Able to to work to strict deadlines and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and quality to provide information accurately and in a timely manner
