We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Delivery team as a Wellbeing Co-ordinator, to grow and develop our current wellbeing initiatives across both Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies. The role will coordinate and facilitate current provisions as well as developing new initiatives focused on four key areas, positive relationships and the work environment, psychological and social, physical and financial. Working closely with the HR Delivery Team the post-holder will provide advice and guidance to managers, staff and officers on wellbeing initiatives and signpost to other sources of support. They will support the Wellbeing Champions network and any other Wellbeing Groups as required. There will be the opportunity to develop information and self-help literature on general wellbeing issues, supporting training along with undertaking research on proactive wellbeing initiatives for the Constabularies to consider and implement.

**Location**

The office locations are Norfolk Police Headquarters in Wymondham or Suffolk Police Headquarters in Ipswich. The post-holder will be required to attend meetings across Norfolk and Suffolk as required but the role also supports homeworking.

**Interested?**

**It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria**:

- Experience of promoting, developing and co-ordinating wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives for an organisation
- Ability to undertake research around the topics of wellbeing and report on findings in an effective manner with recommendations for how this could be adopted and developed for the Constabularies
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of policing and its impact on the wellbeing of staff and officers
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Effective and confident communication skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people across different levels in an organisation

**It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria**:

- Mental Health First Aid qualification

Hours of work are 37 per week Monday to Friday. This post is offered on a permanent basis.

Consideration will be given to whether the post can be delivered on either a part time or job share basis, in line with the organisational requirements of this role.
