Job Summary:As a Resource Support Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the compliance and efficient management of our candidate pool. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to handle various aspects of candidate compliance, shift management, and profile administration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Candidate compliance (DBS checks, NMC PIN checks etc)
  • Shift confirmations
  • Confirming weekend bookings with candidates
  • Profile sheet management
  • Payroll (in times of annual leave)
Additional tasks will also include answering calls/message taking, posting timesheets, stock management, creating ID badges, sending of uniforms, preparing merchandise for clients, supporting with audits.On-call participation will also be required with an expectation of around 1 in 5/6 weeks.We're looking for:
