Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 23.5hrs per week, days to be agreed, 52wks per year (term time only plus inset days would be considered)

Salary: £14,358 actual, £22,913 FTE

About the role

We are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to provide administration support for our busy Site Teams at both Avonbourne and Avonwood.

The role will involve inputting orders onto our Finance system, liaising with contractors and suppliers and maintaining records for the Site Teams.

 

About you

The successful candidate will: 

be an experienced administration assistant.have very good organisational and administrative skills and the ability to maintain thorough and accurate records. be proactive and solution focused.highly professional with excellent communication skills.


The right candidate may be less experienced in some of these areas, but they would be keen to learn and develop which would be shown in their enthusiasm, ability to seek advice, think on their feet, problem solve and progress.
