Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Admin Assistant to assist with daily administrative tasks in our office. The ideal candidate will be an organised, detail-oriented self-starter, and able to multitask.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the administrative field.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the Consultant.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Other administrative duties if assigned
  • Clearing out the office when necessary
  • Shredding of all paperwork as per request by the Consultants
  • Keeping the kitchen tidy
  • Arranging gardening, and ordering coffee
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from A-Levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
This role would suit an intern looking to further their knowledge and possible studies in an admin-related field
