This role entails supporting Level 1 IT infrastructure, serving as a point of contact for IT services, incident management, asset inventory, and configuration. This position requires participation in organizational initiatives and flexibility for business needs, including communication with the US-based IT team.Responsibilities:
Create, manage, remove network user accessInstall and configure workstation equipment to include both laptops and thin clientsProvide support on our network equipment as needed by our Network TeamManage IT incidents from inception to close utilizing ServiceNow softwareTrack the inventory of software, hardware and network assetsMaintain security of the organization's computer systemsCreate, develop, and maintain SharePoint sitesLead IT projects as neededSupport external clients as needed for email accounts and campaign implementationMaintain IT processes compatible with IT Security and Service DeskParticipate in incident and problem resolution relating to all IT infrastructurePerform monitoring activities to ensure all systems and services are meeting service level agreementsEstablish and maintain effective relationships with the end-user communityDesirable skills:
Ability to work independentlyStrong communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office ProductsFamiliarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows OS, Exchange, Office 365Experience in process-oriented workflowsTeam playerAdaptableDetail-orientedPrior experience preferred but not essentialSalary:
£20,000 per annumWorking hours:
