Location: SEMH School, Leyland

We believe in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEMH needs. We are dedicated to providing tailored support to help our students flourish both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Student Behavior Support team member, you will play a crucial role in:
- Implementing behavior support plans to address individual student needs.
- Providing one-on-one support to students experiencing behavioral challenges.
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and behavior.
