A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting a Property Maintenance Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying 11.44 per hour.
Reporting to the Head of Property Maintenance, key duties include but are not limited to:
- Achieve targets as set by the company
- Receive and action maintenance issues
- Instruct approved contractors
- Act as liaison between clients and contractors
- Log new insurance applications and administer existing policies
- Respond to telephone and mail enquiries
- Build and maintain database of contractors and suppliers
- Ensure all suppliers are appropriately vetted
- Occasional attendance to client offices
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Property Maintenance Administrator position:
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
- Experience within the Property and Housing industry desirable
- Able to use own initiative
- Adaptable
- Team player
