We are a friendly, family run maintenance company located in Southend-On-Sea. We pride ourselves in being efficient and producing a high standard of work on every job, treating every clients property as if it were our own.

We are looking for another in house Handyman/woman who can help with works ranging from flooring, plastering, paint & decorating, small electrical jobs, small plumbing jobs, landscaping and general repairs & maintenance. The majority of our work is residential and the properties are located all over Essex and occasionally will be expected to go into London. This job is years of maintenance work.

Our next employee will work with us full time Monday-Friday 8-5pm with some weekend availability. Must have their own tools & van.

**Salary**: £150.00-£250.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- handy man: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
- City & Guilds (preferred)
