We currently have a vacancy for a Senior **Mobile Property Caretaker and a Mobile Property Caretaker (Working together)**, within a Team, **YOU MUST RESIDE IN THE BRAINTREE, ESSEX AREA, TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW.**

The Company Van will be shared between the team members, sometimes using the Vehicle owing to Holidays and sickeness, so a **FULL DRIVING LICENSE** is required (Minor points allowed)

**Key Points of the role**
- Core working hours are **8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday** **on site,** with extra hours sometimes required.
- **There will be travelling time in Mornings and Evenings, to and from sites, which will be extra to the normal working day**:

- **You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.**:

- **You will carry out general ground's maintenance, adhoc and repairs.**:

- **You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.**
