Guest Services SupervisorÂ
Location â Cambridge
Cushman & Wakefieldâs unrivalled Asset Services team offer a âone-stop-shopâ for integrated retail, industrial and office asset management advice and services. Front of House Services are a core element of our Property Management offering. We deliver this service for a large number of our managed properties across the UK.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Services Supervisor to join our team working across a group of properties in central Cambridge. This is a key role within the business, looking after the welcome team as well as managing on-site events and corporate activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising the welcome team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage day-to-day operations of the welcome team, including training and scheduling
- Provide a warm and efficient welcome experience for residents and guests
- Handle resident inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Act as the primary point of contact for event planning and execution
Requirements:
- Exceptional people and customer service skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or events management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Fluent in English with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
