Non-Billing Manager - 100% focus on Team's performance.

This role will also give someone the opportunity to work for a huge Software Company (SaaS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, train, develop and manage an existing Team of 5 Account Managers and help grow team to 8
  • Responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products/services.
  • Support the team to ensure they are achieving their goals, targets and critical milestones. This includes but is not limited to hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic account management plan to ensure long-term customer success and retention.
  • Lead with intent. Lead by example inspiring your colleagues, mentoring them to work towards their own personal development aspirations.

Person Specification:

  • Demonstratable experience in managing Customer accounts within a fast-paced business.
  • Experience working within Tech/SaaS/Software
  • Demonstrable experience in leading a successful sales/account management team.
  • Execute sales strategy with a proactive attitude
  • Set, manage and report on sales goals and quotas for your team in accordance with the Sales Director
  • Strong commercial awareness in all areas
  • Experience of working in sales within a software solution sales environment
  • Previously worked as a Snr Account Manager, Team Leader, Sales Manager or Head of AM

This is a full-time permanent position offering an attractive basic salary of up to 65,000 with a realistic OTE of 105,000
