What you’ll be doing…

Delivering an exceptional in club ‘Guest experience journey’, successfully touring appointments and walk-ins to convert to members.  Ensuring immaculate data capture for all sales prospects. Activating an excellent member journey for all new joiners.  Working in collaboration with business support functions to integrate sales strategies and promotions.  Co-ordinate and support outreach to promote the club. Maximising new and existing corporate accounts, organising ongoing events, and maintaining quality relationships.  Implement and execute all pricing and promotional activities.
Managing the day to day running of the club as an when required as Duty Manager. Be an ambitious role model for all club team members, commanding by example in all operational excellence. What are we looking for…?  
You will have a solid background in targeted sales, and experience selling products or services. Ideally, but not essential, you'll have gained exposure to driving gym membership and sales.  A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets. Great communication skills - you’re at ease building rapport, listening to members, and demonstrating empathy when needed. A team player committed to creating an excellent guest experience. Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly. Aptitude to meet set targets and deadlines. Be approachable, friendly, and engaging   What's in it for you....
