We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Cards and Payments B2K-P1C team at FIS. These positions are London-based and aligned to the FIS University Program; a 2-year Program suited to entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading fintech company  
 
As a full-time FIS University Program participant, you will receive on-the-job training and have an opportunity to participate in team projects, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success - including regular connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.   
 
The UK program has a start date in September 2024 with a dedicated âLearning Weekâ where you will: 
 
â¢Â Â   Learn the unique nature of our industry, products, and the markets in which we work 
â¢Â Â   Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organisation 
â¢Â Â   Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities 
â¢Â Â   Build a network of peers from across the organisation 
 
Following the Learning week, you will continue your learning journey with your business unit and receive further functional training as you settle into your role. 
 
About the team 

The Cards platform provides card issuance and authorisation capabilities to financial entities of various sizes. These are a mixture of Credit, Prepaid and Virtual Cards. 

The Cards team supports and delivers client changes for B2K - P1C hosted platforms in EMEA. The production support part of the team works on functional issues for B2K - P1C (EMEA) and provides the resolution or works with other stakeholders to provide the resolution of the issues within SLAs.

The role of Cards Business System Analysis is to act as the intake funnel for new requirements for change and enhancement to the processing platform and to products and services offered by Cards to its clients. 

In addition, the team offers consultative and educational support to internal partners and our clients and supports the delivery teams in the end-to-end delivery of new client onboarding programs.
The team comprises of Business System Specialists, Business Analysts, Project Managers and System administrators who work with various internal partners and our external vendors and clients to shape the future of the products and services offered as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory directives and card network mandates.
 
What you will be doing 
In this role you will be responsible for managing the delivery of client facing and internal enhancement and/or maintenance projects within our B2K-P1C card issuing platform. You will be the main point of contact for our external clients and internal stakeholders ensuring that designated projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the defined scope. 

Day to day responsibilities in the role: 

â¢Â Â   Manage multiple clients and/or internal maintenance/enhancement projects of various sizes against agreed budgets and timescales from contract signature through to live production 
â¢Â Â   Develops, defines, and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables 
â¢Â Â   Maintain and develop business relationships with assigned clients or internal stakeholders through project kick off meetings, and ongoing project meetings presenting a professional image 
â¢Â Â   Monitor all aspects of the project to ensure it meets company standards, methodologies, and quality assurance guidelines 
â¢Â Â   Control, monitor and report progress against plan and take corrective action as necessary to meet delivery obligations 
â¢Â Â   Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
