We are currently recruiting for **Technology Business Consultants **to join the **Asset Finance **team at FIS. These positions are **London-based** and aligned to the FIS University Program; a two-year scheme, suited to entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading fintech company

As a full-time FIS University Program participant, you will receive on-the-job training and have an opportunity to participate in team projects, professional development seminars and access an online learning curriculum during the two-year program. You will work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success - including performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

The UK program has a start date in **September 2023** with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

- Learn how to work within a corporate environment
- Learn about the exciting world of Fintech and the role FIS plays
- Learn the unique nature of our industry, products, and the markets in which we work
- Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organisation
- Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
- Build a network of peers from across the organisation

Following the FIS University Program Learning week, you will continue your learning journey with your business unit and receive further functional training as you settle into your role.

**About the hiring team**
You will join the Asset Finance Consulting Services team within the Lending line of business (Capital Markets group) and will work on the FIS Asset Finance product.

The Consulting Services team are responsible for delivering successful digital transformation projects for our Asset Finance clients. Our clients range from leading banks, to start-ups, to household name auto manufacturers - all global providers of Asset Finance. Our clients choose FIS to define their digital future and the Consulting Services team are responsible for making that a reality.

The team itself is split across three regions: EMEA, Americas and APAC. Whilst London-based, this role is truly global with the opportunity to work on new and existing engagements across all three regions. Consulting Services sit within a mission-focused wider team made up of Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Client Experience, and Managed Services - all support the business in being an industry leader.

**What you will be doing**
As a Technology Business Consultant within the Asset Finance team, you will be responsible for providing technology and business consultancy services to our clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the wider FIS team and will be expected to bring new energy, challenge working practices and bring new ideas for consideration.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Learn about the FIS Asset Finance product - including underlying technologies
- Learn all aspects involved in delivering projects to our clients
- Understand how we capture project scope and track its delivery
- Support with day-to
- day aspects of the project delivery, communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Work with our development centre to triage and test client solutions
- Contribute to the standardisation and repeatability of our delivery methodology
- Take part in initiatives which will optimise our delivery approach through new technologies and processes.

**Who we are looking for**
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening and rapport building skills
- Proactive mindset, with a willingness to ask questions and put forward ideas
- Highly organised with good time management skills and an ability to multi-task
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills combined with the desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- A natural problem-solver with an aptitude to challenge and redefine norms
- Technical exposure or an aptitude and eagerness to learn technical solutions
- An interest in Fintech, Capital Markets (preferably Lending)
- A believer in ‘technology as an enabler’
- You aspire to develop a consulting career within the Capital Markets industry
