Are you ready to elevate your HR career to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CIPD HR Business Partner to join our forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively account manage a portfolio of clients; to ensure compliance and determine their HR operational and strategic needs, delivering services in line with agreed SLAâs
  • To provide ER and HR related advice to clients; ensuring the advice offers best practice and commercially practical solutions, whilst explaining the risks and liabilities with associated solutions
  • To grow the client base in both value and profitability of delivery
  • To undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed
  • Travel across the UK would required to visit Clients on site
  • To support the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services.
