This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated person that wants to make a difference to the lives and education of young people. North Leamington School (NLS) is a fantastic place to work and personally develop within excellent facilities and a supportive team.

We are looking to recruit a professional and experienced colleague to support the HR administration and workforce functions of our school and wider trust, working with the HR Manager and other support staff teams to ensure high levels of service delivery.

 

What You Will Offer

Experience of working with administration systems and processes and able to provide advice/guidance to a range of stakeholders as requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of literacy and numeracy and the ability to form effective, professional relationships at all levelsAn ability to remain calm under pressure, work to tight deadlines and be able to prioritise tasks accordinglyAble to multi-task effectively, with meticulous attention to detailA passion for the education of our students

 

Experience of working in an educational setting is desirable, however not essential. Most of all we are looking for the candidate with the right skills who can fit into our school/Trust and be able to pick up the role quickly.
