Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, advising on people-related matters, and collaborating with HR resources to meet business goals.
  • Align HR capabilities with unit objectives, enhancing employee and organizational performance, and developing tailored solutions for business unit challenges.
  • Maintain connections with leadership and workforce, implement strategic plans, understand talent needs, and ensure HR programs align with business culture.
  • Contribute to plans aligned with business goals, translate strategy into actionable solutions, and advocate for the workforce's perspective in decision-making.
  • Proactively manage performance, serve as a role model for mentorship, ensure diversity and inclusiveness, and oversee processes for fair HR administration.

Requirements:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Has broad working experience within continuous improvement/manufacturing leadership.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge and demonstrated skills in Human Resources, along with proven supervisory and operational managerial expertise.
  • Provides HR/ER advisory expertise.
