About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic People Team at Forseven. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to ensure effective talent management, performance management, and employee development.
  • Design and implement innovative HR solutions to optimize human resources and drive business results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and talent management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
