The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in continuous improvement and manufacturing leadership. You will be responsible for advising on people-related matters, collaborating with HR resources to meet business goals, and developing tailored solutions for business unit challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of HR strategy, providing guidance on people-related matters and collaborating with HR resources to meet business objectives.
  • Align HR capabilities with unit objectives, enhancing employee and organizational performance, and developing solutions for business unit challenges.
  • Maintain connections with leadership and workforce, implementing strategic plans, understanding talent needs, and ensuring HR programs align with business culture.
  • Contribute to plans aligned with business goals, translating strategy into actionable solutions, and advocating for the workforce's perspective in decision-making.
  • Proactively manage performance, serve as a role model for mentorship, ensure diversity and inclusiveness, and oversee COE processes for fair HR administration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in continuous improvement and manufacturing leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
