Your new companyYour new company are a manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Bridgend.Your new roleYour new role will be reporting to the Finance Manager. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will take responsibility for the efficient maintenance of the Purchase Ledgers. Maintain supplier details and credit terms Send invoices for authorisation Maintain invoice status Process payment runs by BACS (up to 3 per month) Process International and foreign currency payments Forecast weekly payment runs in line with credit terms Resolve supplier queries Review outstanding GRNs Scan and file invoices Reconcile supplier statements Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required to support the finance functionWhat you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will have previous Purchase Ledger experience, be immediately available for a 6 month assignment and have access to your own vehicle for commuting.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will get the chance to work for an extremely friendly organisation, be able to start a new role quickly and a salary of £25,000 per annum.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
