Môrwell Talent Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for a well-known business in the Bridgend area. My client is a vibrant growing company, who is looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its friendly finance team.

The Role:

Reporting in the Finance Manager, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will play a key role in the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring that supplier relationships are nurtured and that accounts are kept in impeccable order. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy will make you a vital part of my client’s team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of the Purchase Ledger
  • Keying and matching of supplier invoices
  • Reconciling of supplier statements
  • Updating supplier records
  • Making / posting supplier payments
  • Petty cash management and reconciliation
  • Other ad hoc finance duties as requested
