We are now recruiting for a Photography Administrative Assistant to photograph industrial components to a defined specification using a smart phone.
Please be aware if you wish to apply for this role you need not be a photographer with photography experience, we welcome applications from all candidates.
In addition to this as our Photography Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Photographing industrial components.
- Checking accuracy and completeness of images.
- Filing images in digital storage and reviewing images for quality and for retake.
- Preparing documentation and effectively communicating and interacting with colleagues.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Organising and maintaining office files and documents.
- Ensuring all processes and procedures within your remit are adhered to.
In order to be successful in this role it s essential that you have:
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Experience in an administrative/data entry role
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Detail orientated
- Proficiency in computerised office systems
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
It would be great if you had:
- Previous exposure working in a manufacturing and assembly organisation
- Basic IT Skills, Word, Microsoft
- Photography training not required
