Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and eager Project Manager to join our Clients team, specializing in JCT Contract administration. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered in accordance with the JCT contract terms and conditions.

Experienced Project Manager with a consultancy background. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking of costs, revenues, and margins

Develop and implement project plans, including setting deadlines, milestones, and resource allocation

Conduct regular site inspections and monitoring of project progress to ensure compliance with contractual requirements

Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of works

Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary

Prepare and submit reports to clients and management on project progress, issues, and recommendations

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsA self-starter attitude. Nothing is given and you will need to be determined, motivated and able to think creatively using initiative.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project management, or related field

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Strong knowledge of JCT contract administration principles and practices

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
