Property Manager / Block Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager / Block Manager to join our client's in-house Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a single estate in Birmingham, comprising 600 units with grounds and an on-site management office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake the full range of duties from budget setting to insurance and major works, with an overriding focus on resident satisfaction
  • Manage contractors and provide good service levels to residents
  • Work closely with the client's accounts, administrative, and assistant property managers to ensure the provision of excellent service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and quality of life
Requirements:
  • 3 years leasehold experience, preferably progressing from Assistant Property Manager level
  • Stable career history and a desire to progress long-term
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively with residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders
