- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a Related Field: A degree in a relevant field is essential for this role.
- Previous Property Experience: Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent Working Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook is required for this role.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: A strong analytical mind and attention to detail are essential for this role, as you will be working with complex data and ensuring accuracy in your work.
