Based in a medical setting you will be required to welcome visitors, filter & direct calls and assist with daily reception administration.

Duties covered:

  • Answer, screen and direct calls along with taking accurate messages.

This role is based between their Ashford and Canterbury sites.

This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week. There is a requirement to work at weekends on a rota basis for which there is an enhancement on the hourly pay rate for any weekend working.

Starting on a temporary basis, this position has the prospect of becoming a permanent contract after successful completion of a trial period.

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
