The role will be both operational and strategicand focus on a short, medium and long term strategy, covering keyareas of risk, gap analysis and opportunities to implement bestpractice. Key areas of focus will include anti-bribery and corruption,trade sanctions, gifts and hospitality, competition law, modernslavery, data protection, whistle blowing and investigations and moneylaundering.
To meet the criteria of the role you will will be anexperienced compliance professional, ideally with a background in lawas a qualified lawyer or similar background within finance. The rolewill also require experience of developing and rolling out aninternational compliance programme in a multinational company, eitherin a lead, or in a suitably senior support role.
