We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our team in a brand-new role. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic marketing professional eager to make a monumental impact. You'll be responsible for creating, implementing and owning a comprehensive marketing strategy across the company and have the chance to shape the future of our brand from the ground up. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with Guestia's goals.
Content Creation
Write, edit, and produce engaging content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website content.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral.
Digital and Social Media Management
Manage Guestia’s digital presence, including websites and social media platforms.
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
Analyse and report on digital performance metrics.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications reflect the organisation's values and voice.
Project Management
Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and contractors as needed.
Reporting and Analysis
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on marketing initiatives and outcomes.
Develop, deliver, and lead comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception through to completion.
Identify emerging trends to add value to marketing plans and update existing content.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community organisations.

Facilitate cross-sector business development opportunities, working closely with the client and markets team.
Brand Guardian
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and compliance in the development of all marketing content.
Collate, edit, update, and proof all core marketing content to ensure accurate brand positioning statements.

3-5 years as a Brand/Marketing Manager.
· Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent. Strong copywriting skills, expertise in digital marketing, and experience in executing integrated promotional, direct marketing, and advertising campaigns.
· Proficiency in MS Office, graphic design, online marketing, social media platforms, and experience with CRM/email platforms.
· Highly effective project management, prioritisation, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
· Good understanding and experience in digital media and brand management.
· No Agencies.
