We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and shape the future of our brand.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy across the company.

You will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage Guestia's digital presence, and ensure consistent branding across all communication platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies
  • Creating and managing marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral
  • Managing Guestia's digital presence, including websites and social media platforms
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand awareness
  • Ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications reflect the organization's values and voice

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Brand/Marketing Manager
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Strong copywriting skills, expertise in digital marketing, and experience in executing integrated promotional, direct marketing, and advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in MS Office, graphic design, online marketing, social media platforms, and experience with CRM/email platforms
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
