Your primary responsibilities will include scoping, estimating, coordinating, and ensuring the readiness and quality of all SIPs requirements. You will also manage the scaffolding requirements and maintain the standing scaffolding report on a daily basis.

Build accurate SIPs work packs and requests for term contractors in line with legislation, standards, and company procedures.
Provide second-level supervision to ensure HSE, quality, and efficiency standards are met across all CLP SIPs work fronts.
Technical Acceptance: Ensure all QA and housekeeping requirements are met for completed work fronts.
Maintenance Projects: Provide technical input to minimize duration and cost while maximizing productivity in large-scale maintenance projects.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the CMMS for effective planning, auditing, and record-keeping.
Regularly audit term contractors to ensure compliance and highlight improvement opportunities.
Scaffolding Management: Oversee scaffolding requirements, ensuring efficient use and timely removal when no longer needed.
Dynamic Risk Assessment: Conduct dynamic risk assessments before and during tasks to ensure safety.
Provide specialist expertise in SIPs related investigations and project planning sessions.
Experience: 10 years of experience in a SIPs background within the oil and gas industry, including scaffolding techniques and standards (SG4:15 and TG 20:13).
Certifications: Scaffolding/Insulation Inspector Certification, IRATA Rope Access Training.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with client planning teams and SIPs contractor employees.
Education: HNC and SVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Additional Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems, with a track record of successfully delivering set piece events like small projects and CLPs.
