Train’d Up, a national Apprenticeship training provider, are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Data Administrator. Based at our Head Office near Stirling, the Apprentice Data Coordinator will be responsible for accurately inputting Education & Skills Funding Agency data.

**Key Tasks**:
Working as part of our Quality & Compliance Team, reporting to the Head of Quality & Compliance, the main purpose of the role is to maintain learner data efficiently onto our APTEM learner management system and assist the Quality & Compliance Team with a range of administrative duties. The Quality & Compliance with a range of administrative duties. The Quality & Compliance Team is responsible for many of the administrative processes associated with learners, including enrolment, attendance records, examinations and certification.
- Eligibility checks prior to learner enrolment
- Support Rail and Engineering teams to arrange cohort and individual inductions
- Process and ensure accuracy of learner related data (funding paperwork) into APTEM learner management system following induction
- Book Functional Skills exams, send joining instructions to learners with dates, times, tutor details
- Track and check required ESFA progress reviews and evidence are uploaded to learner records in line with agreed training plans
- Compare DAS with Live learners
- Support with obtaining gateway materials, DocuSign, downloading evidence from OneFile / Aptem
- Support with gateway submissions and EPA bookings as required
- Update progress reviews on Maytas as requested by Rail and Engineering teams
- Process completion certificates and pass to office administrator for posting
- Process withdrawals, breaks in learning, change of circumstances and restarts
- To use and maintain effective processes for the storage of electronic and paper records in order to ensure that records are easily retrievable
- Maintain the integrity of all learner data in line with Data Protection requirements at all times
- Support assessor and trainer teams with travel and accommodation requestsh learners, including enrolment, attendance records, examinations and certification.

- Must be a team player with strong communication skills
- Friendly with a sense of humour
- Able to work effectively at a busy pace and under pressure
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Determined, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Fast and accurate keyboard/data entry skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Must be adaptable, reliable, and punctual

**Desired Qualifications**:

- No fewer than 4 x National 5 A - C grade qualifications or equivalent (including English)
- An IT based qualification would be advantageous but not essential
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
