Microsoft 365 Engineer Location: Remote
My client is a leading organisation in the technology and healthcare space seeking a skilled Microsoft Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on managing and automating IT operations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You’ll play a key part in driving the adoption of M365 tools, optimising workflows, and supporting staff with IT-related challenges.
Automate administration, monitoring, and support of cloud products to improve efficiency.
Conduct audits of systems and software to ensure compliance and performance.
Offer enterprise-level desktop support and assist global IT teams when required.
Mentor and train staff, contributing to their professional development.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
~ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and best practices for introducing new cloud technologies.
~ Experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and M365 migrations and advanced administration.
