We are working on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy that is expanding their Project & Programme Services team. They are looking to appoint a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to support their growing portfolio of diverse and high-profile projects.
This role will focus on the delivery of CDM 2015 Principal Designer duties, alongside wider construction health and safety responsibilities across sectors including education, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure. You'll join a forward-thinking, supportive environment where professional development is actively encouraged and flexible working is part of the culture.
Provide Health & Safety consultancy services across the full project lifecycle.
Review and advise on design risk management and contractor compliance documentation.
Interface with clients, designers, and contractors, offering guidance and leadership on compliance.
Support business development and contribute to bids, proposals, and repeat work opportunities.
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital project tools.
Committed to continuous professional development and knowledge sharing.

Competitive salary between £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
