We are looking for a Transitions Team Leader on a full time basis to join our Transition Team division based in Norwich, Norfolk.
Your main responsibilities will include providing support and guidance to the team, ensuring seamless property transfers, managing risks, and maintaining high levels of service delivery. This could also include leading on internal projects which directly improve the overall Transitions Process and support winning new business.
Support the Transition Manager in driving monthly KPI results, analysing key issues, achievements, and risks, and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
Assist in setting priorities, monitoring team workloads, and ensuring transition projects are delivered within set timeframes. Ensure that Transition Coordinators are completing administration duties regularly with a high degree of accuracy and projects managed by the Transitions Coordinators are maintained properly.
Ensure Transitions tools, processes, and documentation are maintained accurately, and projects are managed with the appropriate level of detail.
Offer support and guidance to team members, contribute to their development and resourcing, conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with company and legislative procedures and controls, promoting internal performance standards and ISAE3402.
Communicate relevant information to team members, ensuring understanding of company performance, business direction, initiatives, and individual contributions.
Conduct project post implementation reviews of projects and document lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects. 
People management experience required with strong leadership skills.
Able to apply common sense, be flexible and adaptable to change and take ownership.
Mange own workload and commitments, independent time management
Project management certification or direct work experience in a project management capacity desirable
