Agency Sales Lead Our client is a leading digital video ad network specializing in premium video offerings with high click-through rates (CTRs) and highly engaged audiences. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Sales Lead to join their team and drive growth through strategic partnerships.

As the Agency Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our client's relationships with top advertising agencies. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth by leveraging our premium video inventory and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled value from their advertising campaigns. Develop and execute Sales Strategies: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth from agency partners, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our client's premium video offerings.

Identify Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to create compelling sales propositions, develop marketing materials, and ensure seamless campaign execution for agency clients.

Monitor and Report on Performance: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.

Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV agency sales, preferably within the digital advertising or ad tech industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong Industry Network: Established relationships with key AV contacts within advertising agencies and a deep understanding of the agency landscape in London and the UK.
