Position: Food and Beverage Manager (French Speaking)

Hotel Manager

  • Restaurant, Bar, Lobby, Mini Bar, and In Room Dining.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing restaurant, bar, in-room dining, minibar, and reception lobby operations.
  • Collaborating closely with the chef to enhance menu selections.
  • Welcoming and attending to all hotel guests and VIPs.
  • Conducting regular staff tastings to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Maintaining comprehensive awareness of social media and hotel review feedback.
  • Managing financial performance by utilizing key performance indicators and financial targets.

Qualifications:

  • French-speaking Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Self-starter who is creative, highly driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
  • Excellent knowledge of wines and champagne.
