**We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter**/Wait**ress** our **5 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel, located in the heart of Leicester Square.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join our Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel as a Head Waiter/Waitress. Located in the heart of Oxford Street.
- Direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels.
- Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.

**About You**:

- Current in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage trends within a Restaurant or hotel restaurant environment.
- Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership and coaching skills.
- The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
- A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
