~ Our client is a 17th century pub located in a picturesque Cotswolds market town, specialising in local and seasonal ingredients. This up and coming pub group offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, part of a luxury wellness collection and brand.



Passionate about delivering consistently high-quality food
Imagination and understanding of food and flavours to create innovative dishes using local seasonal produce to high standards
Have experience of managing a busy kitchen and taking control in the absence of the Head Chef
Be able to motivate the team during service, as well as the ability to manage the team to deliver the required standards of food, health and safety, cleaning and food hygiene.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
