We have an opportunity for a Estates Coordinator join our team based out of Canary Wharf for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract . The salary on offer is from £30,000 + £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance base bonus.
The Estates Coordinator will oversee the coordination of both in-house and outsourced facilities services, ensuring local site operations meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors in line with NHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
You're a flexible and motivated individual, ready to respond quickly to site needs, with a customer centric attitude. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment and is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Facilities Management.
Driving Licence and access to vehicle is essential
